Divine Inspiration for the Authors of Sacred Scripture

So we know that the authors of the Bible were Divinely Inspired to prevent them from writing any errors, and I’m also aware that there has been no definitive explanation from the Catholic Church regarding what form this inspiration took.

However, I would be interested to know:
a) What views you might have, and
b) What others, especially of the Orthodox tradition, have concluded regarding this.

Not sure what the official Orthodox version is but from the way i see it, the help from God was similar as speaking in tongues, except the instrument is the hand, not the tongue.
Don’t you ever write aomething really smart, then later come back to it and think: “wow, i wrote that?” I imagine it was something like that.
