I’m trying to put more focus into developing my upper back and triceps and was wondering if anyone had some recommendations for exercises I could do. I don’t have access to a gym at the moment, so anything that could be done at home would be greatly appreciated.
You can try pike push-ups for triceps or handstand push-ups if you’re really cool.
If you don’t have access to a gym, I suggest finding a fitness channel and sticking by it. I personally saw some results with http://igorvoitenko.com during one of the many lockdowns.
